What to expect
I particularly enjoy the remedial aspect of massage and my treatments are a blend of deep tissue massage, aided by soft tissue release or positional release techniques, myofascial release, breath & various stretching modalities. My make sure I adapt to the specific needs of my clients by giving a little of what they want and some of what they need!
Biography
I believe that the body and mind are closely interconnected and one influences the other – I still remember finding my shoulders attached to my ears after a stressful day in the City! With this in mind, I enjoy adapting my techniques to match not only the physical need, but also the mental state of my client.

Fun
I am a retired mountain biker and occasional skier, reluctant long-distance runner, budding triathlete and Street Gym fan! I have yoga and massage therapy to thank for keeping me nimble and balanced. I feel most comfortable in and under water, ideally in the tropical sunshine with a scuba tank fixed to my back. But as I am now a student (again) I am most likely to be seen in the College library 🙂
