What to expect
My treatments are truly bespoke to each person and their needs. My background in SPA work helps me blend different techniques, from trigger points work to more relaxing strokes.
I do have “a thing” for identifying patterns which may interfere with your wellbeing. I believe that the massage session is a great opportunity for you to become more self-aware and move through them successfully.
Biography
Soft Tissue Therapy gave the possibility to blend my social skills, my love for movement and martial arts and to understand better how one’s body and mind react to the environment. Combining this with Martial Artist training, I have started a program for Visually Impaired and Blind People to enhance their comfort zone, balance and posture.

When not at work, I enjoy training my KUNG FU Wing Chun. I try to read as much as possible and recently accepted the challenge to learn maths again with the same Kumon program my daughter is already following: a funny headache!
