What to expect

The aim of Sport & Remedial Massage is to help alleviate minor aches and pains as well as help manage chronic conditions. My goal is to ensure I achieve that while my clients feel relaxed and at ease during their treatment. In my sessions expect a partnership, based on feedback and communication. I will change techniques and adapt the pressure to reach the perfect balance for your wellbeing needs, both physical and mental. I love getting to grips with stubborn injuries and helping youdevise a plan towards full recovery.

I have a true my passion for my work, which puts anyone at ease – from Rugby pros to desk-bound executives.

Fun

A few years ago, I joined the Hackney Ladies Women’s Rugby team. I really enjoy playing Rugby and improving my skills at training on a weekly basis. It’s also a great way to keep fit too. I have made friends at the team and look forward to participating in Rugby 7’s tournaments & playing in weekly matches when the season returns!

Outside of work and fitness, I am lucky to have a great bunch of friends to socialise with.
