What to expect
My aim is to ensure that you feel relaxed and at ease while receiving treatment, and that I fully understand the needs and expectations that lead you to The Massage Lab. I will use a range of techniques and vary my pressure according to your preference, while making sure that your massage leaves you feeling your very best, with an improved range of motion and sense of wellbeing.
I aquired my massage therapy qualification at London Metropolitan University and perfected my skills with opportunities to practice in different areas. I provided post-event massage treatments for the Age UK runners for the 2019 London Marathon, worked as an intern at Saracens Women’s Rugby club where I shadowed the main physiotherapists at the club. I have life and work experience in several sectors including catering, childcare, events & stewarding, and retail. This has made me an open-minded, friendly, and approachable person who is welcoming to all.

Outside of work, I like to be social and enjoy spending time with my friends.
A few years ago, I joined a Women’s Rugby team called Hackney Ladies. I really enjoy playing Rugby and improving my skills at training on a weekly basis. It’s also a great way to keep fit. I enjoy participating in Rugby 7’s tournaments with the women & playing in matches on weekly basis.
