What to expect
As a therapist I adopt a very holistic approach and like to target the actual source of discomfort rather than just treating the symptoms. My treatments are usually a combination of deep tissue massage and soft tissue release, although I adapt my methods accordingly to every client as an individual and I draw from a variety of other soft tissue techniques.
I have always been an avid sports fan, which in turn has led to my fascination with the intricate workings of the human body. Put the two together and voila – you get a very enthusiastic sports massage therapist. This career path has taken me in many different directions, from working with sports teams and elite athletes, to clinical and spa work. What I really love about being a sports massage therapist is the fact that every single person is different, and as such every new client is a challenge… and I do love a challenge.

My big passion is surfing, so whenever I get the chance I like to head off to the coast. I am a very active person and like to keep fit. Much to my disappointment, there is no sea in London, so on a weekly basis I make do with running, kickboxing, swimming, yoga and Pilates. I also, love to travel and experience new cultures… and if the country I’m visiting happens to have a beach with decent waves, then that is just awesome!
